• Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age or students of any school, college or university in the Philippines.
• PAGCOR officials and employees.
• Gaming site Operators and their employees.
• Unregistered players; Banned individuals; Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and persons mentioned above.

Lucky World Online reserves the right to reject any membership application or revoke an existing membership if an individual is found to have violated the terms and conditions of membership or provided false or misleading information during the registration process.

To ensure compliance with legal age requirements, Lucky World Online reserves the right to request proof of age from customers at any time. If an account holder fails to meet the legal age criteria or is suspected of being underage, Lucky World Online reserves the right to freeze the account, rendering any remaining balance non-withdrawable.

Participation in games for monetary stakes is strictly limited to registered account holders. To register as a player, individuals must complete the registration process and confirm their understanding and agreement with the following terms:

• Legal Capacity:
  • The account holder is not an individual whose capacity to act is restricted by law.
• Personal Representation:
  • The account holder’s actions represent only their personal interests and not those of other individuals or entities.
• Voluntary Participation:
  • The account holder acknowledges that their participation in Lucky World Online services is entirely voluntary.
• Responsible Gaming:
  • The account holder does not have a diagnosis of Compulsive Gambling Disorder and is not registered as a Self-Excluded or family excluded player in accordance with guidelines set by the relevant regulatory authorities.
• Data and Privacy Compliance:
  • The account holder agrees to provide accurate personal information, including details related to payment methods, for verification purposes. Lucky World Online commits to managing this information in compliance with its privacy policy.
• Personal Use Only:
  • The account holder may use the website solely for personal purposes and place bets exclusively for personal entertainment.
• Assumption of Risk:
  • The account holder accepts and assumes the risk of losses incurred while using the service. Lucky World Online does not bear responsibility for any such losses.
• Legitimate Funds:
  • All deposits made by the account holder must originate from legal and non-criminal activities.
• Prohibition of Illegal Activities:
  • The account holder must not engage in or facilitate any illegal activities through their Lucky World Online account. This includes permitting others to use the account for activities that violate local laws or Lucky World Online‘s rules.
• Account Security & Confidentiality:
  • The account holder is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, including passwords, and for maintaining confidentiality of their account and login details. All online gambling conducted using the account holder’s username and password will be considered valid.
• Respect for Other Users:
  • Account holders and visitors must not disrupt or hinder other members from enjoying Lucky World Online services. Stealing or attempting to access information belonging to other members is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibition of Harmful Content & Software Integrity:
  • Uploading or sharing virus-infected programs, files, or data that could negatively impact the performance of the website, equipment, or software is strictly forbidden. The account holder must not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software provided by Lucky World Online in any form.
• Prevention of Unauthorized Interference:
  • Using any tools, automated systems, software, programs, or similar methods to interfere with the operation of Lucky World Online‘s services, equipment, software, or transactions is strictly prohibited. Connecting unauthorized plug-ins or AI systems to Lucky World Online‘s servers is forbidden. All user operations must be conducted through Lucky World Online‘s official program interface.
• Prohibited Content and Behaviour:
  • Users must not post or share content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or incites racial hostility. Encouraging or participating in any behaviour that constitutes criminal activity, promotes civil liability, or violates legal and ethical standards is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • Account holders must not initiate or participate in activities such as investigations, quizzes, mass distribution of chain letters, spam emails, or solicitation aimed at Lucky World Online.
• Single Account Policy:
  • Account holders are prohibited from holding multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, the company reserves the right to cancel or close them, restrict account access, and invalidate associated bets. Customers may be allowed to retain only one account at the company’s discretion.
• Card Usage Compliance:
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment card not authorized for use by the account holder, or in jurisdictions where betting and gaming are prohibited, is strictly forbidden.
• Prohibition of Automated Systems:
  • Account holders must not employ or collaborate with individuals using automated systems (machines, robots, software) designed to manipulate or defeat Lucky World Online’s client applications or software.
• Content and Service Acceptability & Account Use Restrictions:
  • Users must not find Lucky World Online’s website, services, or materials offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent. Account holders must not allow others, including minors, to use their accounts, access information, claim prizes, or participate in services. Selling, transferring, fund sharing or acquiring accounts from other players is strictly prohibited; funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Accuracy of Information:
  • Account holders declare that all information provided during registration and use is accurate and truthful. Any falsification of information may result in legal action and full accountability.
• Prohibited Access Methods:
  • Account holders must not access the website using a proxy server or any tool that obscures the device’s IP address. Any measures that prevent Lucky World Online from identifying the correct IP address of the device being used are strictly prohibited.

Only players physically located in the Philippines are permitted to register and place bets.

Reporting of Suspicious Activities: Lucky World Online reserves the right to report suspicious activities or violations of these terms to the relevant authorities without prior notice or explanation.

Deposit and Transaction Fee Policy

• Initial deposit is PHP 500.
• The minimum subsequent deposit amount is set at PHP 50.
• Lucky World Online will cover any transaction fees by providing a credit to the player’s Lucky World Online account.

Withdrawal Policies

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100 per transaction.
• The daily withdrawal limit for a standard account is set at PHP 500,000.
• Lucky World Online will shoulder transaction fees for withdrawal requests by crediting the equivalent amount to the player’s account.

Turnover Requirement for Withdrawals

Account holders must meet a 100% turnover of their successful deposit amount before submitting a withdrawal request.

Real-Time Credit

Withdrawal requests will be credited to the recipient in real time, generally within a timeframe of five (5) to ten (10) minutes. If funds are not received immediately, an investigation will be conducted within 1 to 3 banking days.

Returned Withdrawals

If a withdrawal is returned, account holders should verify if their account has reached its collection limit.

Processing for Large Withdrawals

Withdrawals of PHP 50,000 or more require additional processing time. Processing will take a minimum of 24 hours and may extend to 2 to 3 banking days.

Pending Transactions

If a transaction remains unresolved beyond the specified period, Lucky World Online will initiate an investigation to determine the final status.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

To access the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.

You are required to register or make an account through our website before you are given access to our services.

Subject to the existing rules and regulations of PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other relevant laws and regulations, registration will only be permitted upon the complete provision of all required information, along with the submission of one (1) valid government-issued identification (ID) and a selfie holding the submitted ID.

You are allowed to register only one (1) Online Platform Account.

To confirm your identity and authenticate the provided information and ID, you must participate in a video call and provide a recent photo of yourself holding the ID you submitted upon registration (selfie).

Once you have registered, you shall be responsible for any and all activities on your account. You shall not allow any other person or entity to access or use your account.

You are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process within three (3) days from registration or prior to your first withdrawal, whichever occurs first. The policy of “No complete KYC, no withdrawal” will be strictly enforced.

You acknowledge that your account will be suspended if the KYC process is not completed within the specified period and will remain suspended until the process is fully completed.

Furthermore, you agree that any funds in your account will be automatically forfeited in favour of the government, if it is determined by the Licensee that you are an ineligible player or you have violated any of the Terms and Conditions.

Lucky World Online may require you to update or submit additional proof of identification at any given moment, thereby ensuring the accuracy and validity of your information.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Lucky World Online reserves the right to appoint Payment Solution Providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of Lucky World Online.

The User may only participate in any game if the User has sufficient funds in the User’s member account. Lucky World Online never gives the User any credit whatsoever for participation in any game.

The User’s deposit funds must not be coming from illegal or criminal activities. The User must not deposit nor withdraw through a card or e-wallet which the user is not authorized to use and/or utilize a payment instrument in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming are prohibited.

The User’s name must be true, legal and consistent with the Proof of Identity submitted. It must also be ensured that the account name matches the name on the card, or any type of payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

Lucky World Online reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify the User’s identity when effecting deposits or withdrawals of the User’s Member Account.

Account balances in the User’s Member Account will not bear interest.

The User is not allowed to transfer funds from the User’s Member Account to other users or to receive money from other users into the User’s Member Account.

Standard Processing Periods for Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions: On delayed deposits and withdrawals due to third-party payment provider’s scheduled maintenance – Account will be monitored within 24 hours.

If the amount has not been reflected in the player’s account, player is requested to report back to Lucky World Online to ensure that funds will be credited back into the player’s account.

The standard processing period for deposit transactions through third-party payment providers amounting to Php500 to Php80,000 is One (1) to Three (3) business days.

The standard processing period for withdrawal transactions through third-party payment providers amounting to Php200 to Php80,000 is One (1) to Three (3) business days.

Meanwhile the processing period for deposit and withdrawal transactions through third-party payment providers amounting to Php100,000 and above is Three (3) to Five (5) business days.

Lucky World Online is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as those arising from transactions with third-party payment providers and vendors, among other fortuitous events.

As a courtesy to its Users, Lucky World Online shall bear the cost of any transaction fees by providing a credit to the User’s Lucky World Online account.

If Lucky World Online mistakenly credits the User’s Member Account with winnings that do not belong to the User, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain the property of Lucky World Online and the amount will be transferred from the User’s Member Account. If prior to Lucky World Online becoming aware of the error the User has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him/her, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by the User to Lucky World Online. In the event of an incorrect crediting, the User is obliged to notify Lucky World Online immediately by email.

The User may withdraw any amount up to the available balance that is in the User’s Member Account by issuing Lucky World Online with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. Lucky World Online will not accept withdrawal demands made by any other forms. Employees of Lucky World Online are not permitted to bypass these instructions.

User shall be responsible for ensuring that all the information is complete and correct. Inaccurate information submitted by the User shall not subject Lucky World Online to liability for any consequences thereof.

Lucky World Online reserves the right to process the User’s withdrawal using the same method as that used by the User when depositing.

Before any withdrawals are processed, the User’s play will be reviewed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Should Lucky World Online deem that irregular gameplay has occurred, Lucky World Online reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all deposits, winnings, and bonuses. As usual, where the User wins by just using a free bet or free bonus without successful deposit, the User needs to deposit the same winning amount and meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing.

Lucky World Online reserves the right to decline the withdrawal when the Member Account is found placing bets on 2 sides or any sign of fraud may result in the account. Lucky World Online reserves the right to fund lock to all parties involved.

The User is unable to request a withdrawal of their deposited amount without meeting the deposit and bonus turnover requirement. Lucky World Online reserves the right to refuse or void any winning and bonus offered to any User for reasons including but not limited to, abuse by the User.

7. Responsible Use of Funds and Platform Integrity

To ensure a fair, secure, and trustworthy environment for all users, Lucky World Online enforces the following rules concerning the use of funds and the integrity of platform operations:

• Lawful Source of Funds: All bets, deposits, and transactions must be funded exclusively with lawfully obtained, legitimate, and successfully credited funds. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that no part of their funds originates from unauthorized, fraudulent, or criminal sources.
• Prohibition of Mixed Funds: If any portion of funds used in a bet or transaction is found to be sourced from illegitimate or unauthorized means, the entire bet or transaction shall be rendered invalid, regardless of whether the remaining funds were lawfully obtained. All winnings or derived balances from such mixed funds will be voided and forfeited in full.
• Invalidation of Derived Transactions: Any subsequent bets, withdrawals, in-game purchases, or account activities funded—directly or indirectly—by such irregular funds shall be considered invalid and subject to cancellation, reversal, or account suspension.
• Prohibited Methods of Fund Injection: Players are strictly prohibited from introducing funds into the platform or their account(s) using any of the following methods:
  • Unauthorized technical manipulation or scripting
  • Exploitation of game or system vulnerabilities
  • Use of external wallets or channels that bypass official deposit systems
  • Transactions through third-party intermediaries or brokers
  • Automated transfers or injections not validated by Lucky World Online’s accounting and wallet systems

  This includes any balance generated as a result of technical bugs, game logic errors, delayed synchronization, or manipulation of system credit pathways.

• Platform Rights and Enforcement: Lucky World Online reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions or behaviour; freeze or terminate accounts involved in policy violations; void all related winnings and balances; and report serious or repeated violations to relevant authorities.
• Final Determination and Player Cooperation: Lucky World Online maintains sole discretion in determining the legitimacy of funds and transactions. Where appropriate, players may be contacted to clarify suspicious activities. However, once a determination is made by the platform, such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
• Consequences of Breach: Violations of this policy constitute a material breach of the Terms of Use and may result in permanent suspension or closure of accounts; forfeiture of balances; legal action, where applicable; and disqualification from promotions and platform privileges.
